Value proposition: Create shared value with stakeholders and become a sustainable and conscious enterprise that succeeds alongside employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, society, and the environment. In order to share Everest's innovative, sustainable, smart, and lean actions and achievements, the company has opened its Eco-Industrial Park to school groups, government agencies, and business partners for industry-university R&D and field visits. This allows for a deeper understanding of factory operations and environmental sustainability, helps build public trust, and encourages full interaction and communication to ensure the company's development aligns with market trends. It also fosters appreciation for technological advancements that drive industrial growth. At the same time, the Natural Fruit and Vegetable Education Farm, the Eco-Brick Factory and the MIT Automated Garment Factory Process are open to visitors. These practical experiences serve as practical exchange platforms for industry and environmental education, promoting the sustainable concept of triple surplus, and allowing visitors to witness the transformation and innovation of traditional factories in Taiwan's textile industry, as well as the improvement process of sustainable smart green factories.

◉ Local groups of community residents

　　Everst maintains good interactions and communication with residents and local groups in the neighboring Shanshan District, listens to the opinions and suggestions of local people, formulates improvement plans, and reduces the impact of production activities on neighboring residents. It directly participates in or sponsors various community activities, such as in the volunteer fire and volunteer police advisory groups, sponsoring community development association activity funds as well as community elementary and junior high school anniversary activities and graduation ceremonies, and subscribing to pineapples and other agricultural products from the Shanshan District Farmers Association to take care of the lives of farmers

◉ Charity and social welfare

　　The clothing brand "Happy Taiwan EverSmile" continues to uphold its commitment to set aside 1% of its monthly turnover as a public welfare fund, with a total of 281,022 TWD set aside. In 2024, it sponsored multiple organizations for social welfare and charity projects, mainly donating cash and materials. In addition to calling on all Everest employees to donate 179,460 TWD in cash and 21,126 pieces of clothing to disadvantaged children in Kenya, Africa, the 2024 donation or sponsorship community targets include: Used Shoes Lifesaving International Christian Care Association, Tainan City Volunteer Fire Fighting Xinhua Squadron Shanshang Volunteer Fire Detachment, Shanshang Beishizhou Longevity Club, Nanzhou Community Longevity Club, Shanshang Elementary and Junior High School, Shanhua Xiaoxin Community, Genesis Foundation, China Christian Relief Association, etc.

◉ Community Care and Charity at the Thailand Factory

　　In 2024, the Everest Thailand Factory provided Children's Day funding and prize sponsorship through local schools to encourage children to learn and showcase their talents, making the activities more vibrant. It not only recognizes the children's efforts, but also helps the corporate image, enhances the harmonious development of society, understands the current needs of schools, and encouraged greater attention from both society and businesses to children's rights. A healthy community is very important for enterprises. Everest actively contributes to the community and participates in various activities, helping village communities mow grass, tidying the surrounding environment, and improving the overall quality of life in the community. The company donates fabrics and funds for the Water Splashing Festival, sponsors temples, water lantern festival activities, Red Cross prizes, etc., and donates trial-dyed cloth to promote reuse and environmental sustainability, working with community residents to protect the environment and create a green home. The number of donated yards is 117,639. The Shanghai and US factories did not hold any related activities in 2024, and but plan to participate in various charity projects in the future.

　　The company called on colleagues to participate in the "Happy Taiwan" fundraising and donation activities. Through the proceeds from charity sales and material donations, we support poor areas in Africa and people in need, bringing more resources and warmth to local communities while promoting environmental protection and public welfare efforts. This is not only a charity fundraising, but also an opportunity to arouse the society's attention to vulnerable groups. The company hopes that through practical actions, Taiwan's compassion can be transformed into blessings and deliver warmth to every corner of the world in need. A total of 21,000 pieces of clothing and more than 100 boxes were donated Many developing countries face the challenges of urban-rural disparities and resource scarcity.
