To practice environmental protection and promote a sustainable lifestyle, Everest Textile has officially joined Taiwan’s nationwide “Tea Offering Initiative.”

The company has established free public water stations within its campus, welcoming the public to refill their own reusable containers. This initiative not only embodies the concept of resource circulation, but also demonstrates Everest commitment to plastic reduction, corporate social responsibility, and community care.

Originating from Taiwan’s traditional “tea offering” culture, the Tea Offering Initiative combines modern technology and sustainability concepts through the “Tea Offering App.” The app allows users to locate nearby free water refill stations, encouraging eco-friendly travel and reducing bottled water consumption. With Everest  participation, visitors can now access free drinking water at designated points such as the main entrance and visitor center, embodying the idea of “zero-waste hydration”.

Everest  stated that the company has long been devoted to environmental sustainability and circular economy practices, implementing clear strategies across energy-saving processes, resource reuse, and employee-led eco actions. Through participating in the Corporate Tea Offering Program, Everest  aims to inspire the public to adopt sustainable habits in daily life, turning small changes into meaningful collective impact — making “plastic reduction, water conservation, and love for the Earth” a shared social value.

In addition to providing public refill stations, Everest  is also promoting an internal “Zero-Waste Drinking” campaign, encouraging employees to bring reusable cups and eliminating bottled water from meetings and events by offering glassware alternatives to reduce plastic consumption.

Everest  emphasized that sustainability is not only a corporate responsibility but also part of its culture. Moving forward, the company will continue advancing environmental initiatives through innovation and practical action, working together with society to create a more sustainable and eco-friendly environment — turning the act of “offering tea” into a symbol of cultural heritage and a new beginning toward a greener future.
